Once upon a late night in a room, alone, sat a girl, in her browsing position (that she may or may not be in now, writing this up) scrolling through her endless Tumblr feed and millions of blogs that she follows, when she came across Carrie’s reblog of a quote, which she cannot remember who said it (if you do please let me know!) that said* “If someone says you heart them, you don’t get to decide if you did or not.” This made the girl sit up and think, and reflect on if she has ever done this to someone, if she has ever been told that she had offended or hurt a person in some way and denied that she did, because she didn’t think she did.

The answer: I have, many times before, and boy do I feel bad.

I think that I did it because I didn’t think I was a bad person, so when someone called me out I didn’t like it and so I would defend myself and try to make them look like the bad person.

Now, however, I am a better person and I know if I have said something wrong I will own up to it and even ask to be corrected, the last thing I want to do is offend anyone, and I would like to learn where I have gone wrong, and I like learning different things about people, or culture.

I will do another blog post about being a bit more diverse, but for now, remember if someone says you have upset them, accept it, and learn from it and apologize.

But also remember we are all human and all make mistakes so be patient. You can read more about that here.

I know this is short and I haven’t blogged in a month but all shall be reveled and explained in a future vlog in around june time.

I know, vague, sorry.

Any who, hope to see you everywhere else around the internets and a lovely cheerio to you!

Cheers xx
